Centrally located in Ruhpolding and surrounded by the Chiemgau Alps, the apartment is the perfect starting point for eventful days and relaxing evenings.

The bright living room, with access to the sunny southwest-facing balcony, invites you to unwind—with a view of the Rauschberg and the mountains bathed in the evening light. In the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, you can cook your favorite meals together or start the day off right with a fresh cup of coffee.

The stylish bedroom with its own east-facing balcony ensures restful nights and a wonderful start to the morning. The naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower, balcony access, and a separate guest restroom rounds out the living comfort.

For your convenience, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an in-room safe, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board are available. Upon request, we can also provide a rollaway bed for a toddler. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (for a one-time flat fee).

You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transportation, such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. This allows you to experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offerings. Spacious 2-room vacation apartment with modern amenities, a large entryway with a coat rack and brochure stand, a storage room with a washing machine, a guest restroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and much more. Large living and dining area with a dining table (6 chairs), a pull-out sofa bed with a coffee table, and a TV. Large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), TV, and wardrobe, as well as access to the east-facing balcony; bathroom with a large walk-in shower, mirror cabinet, and sink. Adjacent to the living and dining area is a large southwest-facing balcony with seating and unobstructed mountain views.
The house is located on a residential-only street and is about a 5-minute walk from the town center and a 2-minute walk from the Traun River. Absolutely quiet location.
