This beachfront 2-room apartment (approx. 41 m²) on the first floor features a functional floor plan and is fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are covered with cozy terracotta-colored tiles.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, wall mirror, and shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The cozy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch, 2 wicker armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 3 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² sunny terrace (facing south and west) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a clothes rack.

The pull-out sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third is provided by the pull-out sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains and sun-blocking roller shades.

The bathroom features a shower, a sink with a large wall mirror, a toilet, a stool, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat rack (with a wall mirror) and the shoe cabinet in the apartment’s entryway.

To wash your vacation clothes, shared (coin-operated) washing machines and dryers are available in the basement of the apartment building.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 1) assigned to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “Feels” (Anglersteig 2), which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to flavorful dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If more than 2 people are staying, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
