The "Parkblick 25" vacation rental is located in the charming Villa Parkblick in Kühlungsborn, one of Germany’s most popular Baltic Sea resorts. The villa is situated at Lindenstraße 14 and stands out for its quiet location and close proximity to the newly redesigned Lindenpark. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 650 meters away and is perfect for relaxing walks and swimming. The central promenade, Strandstraße, is just about 150 meters away. There you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés. Everyday amenities such as bakeries, butchers, and supermarkets are also within easy walking distance.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers approximately 60 square meters of space for up to 4 people. The living area is furnished with a cozy sofa, a TV, and a radio. The open-concept kitchenette features modern amenities such as a dishwasher and a dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and another TV. A highlight of the apartment is the spacious balcony facing northeast, which offers a magnificent view of the newly redesigned Lindenpark.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the villa’s basement for a small fee. A parking space for your car is available right next to the house.
