Elegant and charming duplex located in the heart of the Carmes district, an authentic area of Avignon within the city walls. This fully air-conditioned apartment, renovated in June 2025, will delight you with its exposed beams, high ceilings, and warm, cozy, and trendy decor. This 55m² apartment offers a unique and spacious living environment for a pleasant stay in the City of Popes while enjoying a true neighborhood feel. The Apartment: This 55m² duplex, fully air-conditioned, located 700 meters from the Palais des Papes and 20 meters from the beautiful Place des Carmes, comprises a magnificent living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The spacious layout and decor will immerse you in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom (160x200 bed) adds an industrial touch to the room with its glass partitions, which preserve the sense of space and maximize the high ceilings and the beauty of the beams. An elegant spiral staircase leads to an attic space with a double bed (140x190) and a desk with a skylight and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have all the necessary dishes, a Ninja oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a Delonghi espresso machine (ground coffee or E.S.E. pods). A dishwasher and washing machine are provided to make your stay easier. For your comfort, sheets, towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. You will appreciate the travertine bathroom, the solid wood flooring, and the exposed beams that give the apartment a charming atmosphere. A television is available. The apartment is on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a small, very quiet building, ideal for tourism or business trips. It is in the immediate vicinity of all kinds of shops and restaurants.
