You’re close to amenities: shops, services, schools, yet still in a setting that leans toward residential calm.
Guests will have full access to the home via a keyed access. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to check-in. Fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and essentials are provided for your stay.

We were visiting St. John's for a week doing day trips and wanted a comfortable home base. Midstream Manor was in a great location, a 20 minute walk from downtown in a safe quiet neighbourhood and was perfect for our needs. A well equipped kitchen, lots of space, WiFi and, very important, a comfortable bed with good pillows! If you have travelled a lot you know that is not always the case.Our host David was excellent at responding to our questions. The staff were efficient when needed but we rarely saw them other than check in. This apartment has character. It is not a modern box of a hotel room but it has everything you would need for a great visit to the Rock. Parking is included and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go from this central location. Quick caution, some units are up or down stairs but St. John's is a bit of a challenging walking city in any case with all of the hills. Hopefully that does not deter anyone from visiting. It is well worth it!
