Avoid. The lack of transparencey and being able communicate with the manager owner is a problem
Location
1) The lack of ability to contact directly with the owner, in so far as the contact number listed on the listing doesn't work and I contacted Booking's support and they confirmed it doesn't work. I notified the owner by email and he ignored it and hasnt changed it. It appears he does not want people, contrary to his listing, to make contact through WhatsApp or telephone, which, if you have an emergency, is needed.
2) The key company listed if required, from the information he sent when he sent me details of how to get access to the property, only around 23:00 the night before, when I was leaving at 06:00. When I called them, they said they couldn't help and also couldn't speak English.
3) The instructions for entry aren't detailed enough: it doesn't say that on entry there is a second locked door that requires key fob entrance, and also where it is located, not obvious at all and only because someone else entered the building and explained was I able to access the building.
4)Knowing that you can't get hold of the owner/manager by phone or WhatsApp is concerning and that they don't identify themselves.
5) The shower area is extreemly small and I am not a big person but just taking a shower and turning around mean you can inadvertantly touch the heat regulator which turns it to scolding water on you.

mauvaise experience
