Très décevant
Malheureusement, je n’ai rien de positif à signaler. L’immeuble dans lequel il se situe est dans un état dégradé : les parties communes sont sales et ne semblent pas du tout entretenues. Cela nuit grandement au confort et à l’impression générale que l’on peut avoir en arrivant.

Je souhaite partager mon expérience très décevante concernant ce logement, afin d’informer les futurs voyageurs.
Les photos en ligne étaient totalement trompeuses. À mon arrivée, j’ai découvert un logement qui n’avait clairement pas été nettoyé : un lit affaissé au niveau de la tête, des taies d’oreiller froissées et mal ajustées, laissant apparaître des taches de sueur. Il n’y avait pas de draps, seulement un couvre-matelas.
Dans la chambre, l’aspirateur était rangé près du chevet et un seau avec serpillière se trouvait juste à côté de la table d’entrée. Cette table et les chaises étaient recouvertes de cheveux et n’avaient visiblement pas été nettoyées, tout comme la poussière omniprésente. Les couettes et draps déjà utilisés étaient entassés sur un meuble, dégageant une forte odeur de sueur.
J’avais réservé et payé pour deux nuitées, mais je n’ai pu rester qu’une seule nuit. Je suis arrivé à 16h, après avoir payé un supplément pour un accès dans le logement avant 17h (17 H comme heure d'entrée). Dormir dans ces conditions était insupportable. J’avais besoin d’un cadre propre et calme pour me reposer et travailler, mais visiblement, j’avais fait le mauvais choix.
Le lendemain matin, je suis parti, après avoir contacté la gérante pour lui signaler ces problèmes. Malheureusement, elle n’a pas fait preuve de compréhension. Dès mon arrivée, je lui avais envoyé un message au sujet des oreillers, avant même que ma surprise ne soit totale. Je lui ai également transmis une vidéo complète de l’état du logement à mon entrée, qui n’a pas changé à mon départ.
J’ai dû réserver en urgence un hôtel à Limoges à mes frais pour terminer mon séjour, alors que j’avais déjà réglé la totalité du séjour dans ce logement.
En résumé, une expérience extrêmement décevante que je ne recommande pas.

Absolument rien, un désastre.
Le logement est d’une saleté sans nom, partout. Le matelas est complètement déchiré. Des taches sur la couettes. La salle de bain est salle, cheveux partout ainsi que dans le tiroir sous l’évier. Je n’imagine pas les punaises de lit qu’il doit y avoir dans le logement, nous n’avons passé aucune nuit là bas tellement c’était sale. La cuvette des toilettes n’est même pas attaché au wc, le sol est sale, le balai et la serpillère pour « nettoyer » sont dégueulasse, la cafetière est sale, TOUT EST SALE et/CASSÉ.

Horrible. C’est une déchèterie.
Ce sont des escrocs. Ils ont loué le logement a plusieurs personnes, en nous laissant dans la rue, sans repondre à nos appels.
J’ai rencontré la personne qui avait loué le logement via une autre plateforme, elle m’a fait voir le logement, les photos ne correspondent pas du tout.
Logement extrêmement sale, des crottes de rats, des mégots parterre, je me demande comment un logement pareil peut être loué.
Sans parler des punaises de lit.
On a fuit, heureusement que booking nous a trouvé un autre logement.
