Spacious Vacation Rental with Pool in Occitanie, in the Lot Region—Family Vacations and Events. Nestled in the heart of the La Buissière estate in Duravel, the La Maison vacation rental welcomes you to a peaceful, lush setting. This beautiful, character-filled home, which is not overlooked by the estate’s other cottage (46G13005, accommodating 10 people), offers complete privacy for your stays with family or friends. You’ll enjoy a spacious wooded garden and a large, private, and secure swimming pool. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen invites you to share enjoyable moments al fresco. Inside, the spacious rooms offer comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. In the surrounding area, Duravel and the Lot Valley have plenty of wonderful discoveries in store for you: markets, villages, walks through the vineyards, hiking trails, and water sports on the Lot River. With a blend of cultural heritage, fine dining, and unspoiled nature, you’ll feel right at home! The cottage is spread over three levels. There are two separate main entrances: one with a few steps to climb outside and descend inside, leading to the dining room and connecting to a fully equipped kitchen (with access to the outdoor kitchen). The second entrance leads to a large suite with a 160x200 bed, its own private bathroom (with a washer), and a separate toilet. A long hallway connects the bedroom to the dining room. From the dining room, a staircase leads to the first floor: a living room with a lounge area, a reading area, and a home office. From the reading area, there is access to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, which in turn leads to a shared bathroom with another bedroom (featuring a 140x190 bed). This bedroom is also accessible from the reading area (separated by a sliding door). On the top floor, there is an attic-style game room with a large walk-in closet. The enclosed hallway leads to a bedroom on the left (separated by a curtain), a bathroom on the right, and at the far end, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. The bedrooms and game room on the second floor are equipped with air conditioning. All-inclusive package; housekeeping is optional. Electric vehicles welcome; carport available.
