🔴 PLEASE NOTE:

A security deposit of €2,000 will be required after booking. No amount will be charged. This deposit will be automatically released a few days after check-out, provided that no damage is found.

No parties allowed: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties, events or large gatherings in the apartment. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices. Additional cleaning fees will be charged in the event of a violation.

Occupancy limits: Do not exceed the occupancy limit stated for the apartment. Exceeding this limit may result in the immediate termination of your stay.

Registered Guests Only: Only guests on the reservation list are allowed to enter the property. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the property. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Prohibited Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any such behavior will result in eviction and possible legal action.
