• Bedroom 5: 3 single beds (90 cm), bunk bed and a single bed

Check-in is usually around 17:00
Check-out around 10:00 a.m. or a time convenient for the owner in agreement with the tenant.

Our relationship with our visitors is based on mutual trust.
Booking our house implies that you accept this rules, and that you respect it.
- Respect for the accommodation and its equipment.
- Accommodation to be kept in a good state of cleanliness.
- Smoking tolerated outside the house. Precautions to be taken because wooden decking.
- The use of equipment (indoor and outdoor) is your responsibility.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your children.
( no guardrail on the stairs )
- The barbecue must be used on the lawn and made clean. Do not put it on the wooden deck!
- You must leave the furniture and objects in their original place.
- The basic products you have used must be replaced.
- The mattresses must be protected by the mattress pads provided, the pillows by the covers provided and you must imperatively use sheets and duvet covers if you do not choose the made beds and toiletries options. Sheets and towels are optional and must be paid for on site.
- The dining room table must be protected by the tablecloth provided.
- The gate must remain closed at night and when you go out.
- For your safety, it is forbidden to climb trees, and to pick flowers, fruits, mushrooms or other materials on the grounds.
- The garden hose must not be used.

When you leave:

- the bins will need to be emptied, the dishes will need to be clean and put away in their place and the fireplace cleaned if in use.
- In the event that the condition in which you return the house requires additional cleaning/dry cleaning fees, you will be charged for them.
- In the event of damage to the furniture/equipment, you will be charged the price of their replacement (new)

In the event of a breakdown of equipment, related to an intervention on your part, the costs of intervention and repair will be invoiced to you.
Excessive consumption of water, electricity, wood etc... may be charged in addition at the time of your departure
