Everything . Friendly and attentive staff, super clean hotel, good breakfast, amazing location . Beautiful rooms.
Breakfast could be a bit more spacious , gets crowded very fast.

Comfortable, well-designed room, all tastefully executed. Attractive lounge area in atrium. As central as you could want to be.
Breakfast a bit of a scrum, in a series of cramped rooms - poorly laid out.

Clean, spacious comfortable room. Staff was terrific, especially Blanca at the front desk. Location was right across from St. Stephan’s Basilica, lots of bars restaurants and shopping right outside the front door. I had a room with a view of the Basilica.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Coffee machines were not quite as good as other hotels I stayed at. More staff needed for breakfast.

A wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent location, and very comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again.
The breakfast restaurant is a little small, especially during busy hours, which can make it feel crowded. A bit more space would make the breakfast experience even better.
