The resort offers various amenities for guests of all ages: A great pool area, playgrounds, entertainment, a mini club, sports, and, last but not least, a beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach. There are different pools for every age group. The little ones can splash around in the wading pool, while adults can relax in the heated massage pool. The fantastic entertainment team and the mini club invite your children into a world full of games, music, and dance. If you need to run a few errands or do some laundry, you’ll find everything you need right on the premises.
The Mobilehome 4 Plus accommodates up to 5 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a children’s room with two single beds (70 cm x 185 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living and dining area (70 cm x 185 cm) provides an extra sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchenette features a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Air conditioning and satellite TV are also available. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. The drive from the Italian border takes about 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The resort is located directly on the golden sandy beach, which slopes very gently and is therefore ideal for families with small children. The beach is reserved exclusively for guests. You’ll find plenty of entertainment on the beach! A great playground, sports facilities, activities, or a relaxing swim—you’re sure to find something to suit your taste. Thanks to wide walkways leading right up to the umbrellas, the beach is easily accessible even with a stroller.
POOL
A fantastic pool is available to vacationers. It has been divided into several areas so that everyone can truly have fun. There is a children’s pool with water play features, a pool for adults and older children, and a heated massage pool. Around the pool area, you’ll find lounge chairs available for free use.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort is very family-friendly and features several playgrounds and a children’s pool. Here, your children can play carefree and freely under the shade of pine trees or on the beach with new friends. For children ages 3 to 12, the resort offers a special mini-club with trained activity leaders. Together with the enthusiastic activity team, they’ll build sandcastles, do all kinds of crafts, and head out to the playground. The little ones will have lots of fun on the treasure hunt and at the kids’ disco. There’s something for everyone! Would you like to relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life? Evening parties for all ages in a cozy and lively atmosphere will help you make new friends quickly. Dance nights, cabaret, musicals, parties with fire-eaters, and fireworks are designed to make your vacation unforgettable. A bike rental service lets you enjoy great bike tours. In the new fitness center, which is available to guests free of charge, you can continue your fitness routine even while on vacation. It features equipment designed to help you escape the stress of everyday life and stay in shape. Even beginners who want to try out this type of exercise and recreation will find something to suit them at the fitness center.
SHOPPING
The vacation park has a small supermarket where you’ll find everything you need for your vacation. If you’d prefer a larger supermarket, you’ll find them in Rosolina Mare, which is about a five-minute drive away.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, a microwave, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Shopping options are also nearby. Additionally, the resort has two restaurants. If you’d rather not cook for yourself, the La Chiesetta restaurant will treat you to fish and meat dishes as well as a wide selection of pizzas. Of course, you can also book half-board or full-board on-site (no advance reservation required). If you’d rather eat in your bungalow or at home with friends, you can order all of this as takeout.

The vacation village is right next to the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. The town center of Rosolina Mare is about a 5–10-minute walk away. Rosolina Mare offers a wide selection of shopping options, restaurants, and gelaterias. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park are also located in the center. In the evening, you can relax and wind down by visiting a pub or watching the performances of the numerous street performers.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located about 40 kilometers south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants visitors with its unique landscape, nestled between the sea, a pine forest, the mouth of the Adige River, and the Po Delta lagoon. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Amid valleys, lagoons, dunes, and wetlands, you’ll discover the area’s flora and fauna—all of which make an organized or independent trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also offers a wide selection of shopping options, restaurants, and gelaterias. The nightlife, featuring pubs and street performers, is a great way to wind down the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the town center. During the vacation season, a wealth of cultural events takes place, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions to nearby and more distant destinations. In no time at all, you can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It’s not for nothing that it’s also called “Little Venice”—its palaces and canals, with their many bridges, are reminiscent of Venice. But the pace of life in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also definitely worth a visit. If you’re looking for a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus water fun!!!) in Ravenna.
