LIVING ON TWO FLOORS
Villa Capone is part of a four-unit building situated in the heart of an idyllic and well-maintained complex of private vacation homes and apartments in Caprioli. The living space spans two floors, and the apartment door is accessible via a staircase from the parking lot.
The lower floor of Villa Capone is dominated by the cozy living room, which opens onto an open-concept kitchen. In front of it, stretching across the entire width, is a covered terrace with a view of the sea, featuring a dining table and chairs. This floor also includes a bathroom, as well as a double bedroom and a single bedroom.
The attic of Villa Capone features another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a small living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa for one or two children or teenagers. The second bathroom is also located in the attic, as is a small rooftop terrace with an outdoor shower and a view of the sea.
PANORAMA-POOL AND OUTDOOR KITCHEN
The private pool, located on a terraced area directly across from Villa Capone, is accessed via the parking area that extends in front of the house. On the first level, there is a large, covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. On the level above, you’ll find the pool area with lounge chairs and a parasol. Additional areas for sunbathing and relaxing can be found above the pool. The higher you climb, the more breathtaking the coastal panorama becomes.
NOTE: The entire pool area is fenced and accessible only with a key.
BEACH VACATION
Caprioli is blessed with beautiful sandy beaches and (in the summer) highly recommended beach clubs like the Lido Mascalzone Latino. It’s also strategically located between the towns of Pisciotta and Palinuro. Palinuro is great for an early-evening stroll and an aperitif. Pisciotta charms visitors with a much more family-friendly atmosphere, featuring authentic restaurants and fantastic local cuisine.

Villa Capone is one of four accommodation units in a house located in a well-maintained complex of private vacation homes and apartments. Its living space spans two floors; the entrance to the apartment is accessible via stairs from the parking area in front of the property.
The main room on the lower floor of Villa Capone is the cozy living room with an adjoining open kitchen (including a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and capsule coffee machine). Both areas open onto the furnished terrace with a sea view (table, chairs), which spans the width of the room. Two bedrooms—one double and one single—as well as a bathroom (shower/toilet/bidet) are also located on this floor.
The attic floor of Villa Capone includes a bedroom (double bed), a small living/sleeping room with a sofa bed for one to two children or teenagers, and a bathroom (shower/toilet/bidet). There is also a small rooftop terrace with a sea view and an outdoor shower.
Additional amenities: heating and air conditioning (extra charge for both if used), Wi-Fi, TV, fly screens, washing machine, hair dryer, grill.
