The hotel was excellent, clean, and the staff were very nice. The only thing that I was upset about is that when cleaning the room, our air conditioner was turned off so the room was very hot when we got back. It also was not done being cleaned by late afternoon when we wanted to come back and rest before dinner.

Clean room, the lady on reception was so welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags as we had a later flight. Great location as it's about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Only thing I would say is bring portable chargers as we only had one plug socket in the bathroom.

Unforgettable Stay at Casanova Hideaway!
Casanova Hideaway was the absolute perfect home base for our trip to Venice! The location couldn't be better—just a 3-minute walk from the ferry terminal and an easy, scenic 20-minute stroll to Piazza San Marco. Following the clear address provided made finding it seamless. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, even while walking around late at night, and offered fantastic access to local restaurants and top sights.
The room itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A special touch was the chair placed right by the window—the moment we opened it in the morning, we understood why! Sitting there enjoying the gorgeous, peaceful view with our breakfast and morning coffee was pure magic.
A huge thank you to Vittoria, who was wonderfully friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. Her local restaurant recommendations were spot on!
We loved our stay and highly recommend Casanova Hideaway to anyone visiting Venice.
