About this house rental
Our vacation home “Lee” is situated in an exceptionally beautiful and rare waterfront location—right on a small peninsula on the southern shore of the Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden. Even by Rügen standards, this location is something special: Surrounded by water, nature, and soothing tranquility, you’ll experience true relaxation here.
A terrace invites you to enjoy nature up close—whether over breakfast in the morning sun or at sunset with a view across the Bodden.
Located between the Baltic Sea resort of Binz and the town of Bergen, the small village of Streu offers the perfect balance of tranquility and easy accessibility. The well-known Baltic Sea resort of Binz, with its fine sandy beaches, promenade, and numerous restaurants, as well as the town of Bergen—the island’s central hub with a wide range of shopping and recreational opportunities—are just a short drive away.

During the construction and operation of the house, special emphasis was placed on ecological and sustainable aspects:

On the first floor, you’ll find:
a spacious living area with a cozy couch nook, a TV, and access to the patio
a bright dining area
a modern, fully equipped kitchen
On the upper floor, you’ll find:
two bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own TV
a bathroom with a shower
An elegant solid-wood staircase leads up to the attic. There you’ll find a cozy relaxation area with a wide sleeper sofa, as well as a comfortable workspace with Wi-Fi (fiber-optic connection)—complete with a stunning view of the Bodden.
The entire house features real wood parquet flooring and wooden ceilings, creating a warm, natural atmosphere.
