- Separate toilet with washbasin.
- Laundry room with washing machine, sink unit.
Upstairs:
- Mezzanine with 160 cm bed, cupboards.
- Unclosed bedroom with 3 80 cm beds, cupboards.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
Beautiful apartment completely refurbished with a spacious terrace with garden furniture - Parking n° 811 in the residence - Sun blinds - Plancha - WIFI.
Residence with private swimming pool and wading pool - Communal tennis courts in the immediate vicinity.
TERMS
deposit returned within one month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original state (sanitary facilities, clean floors, kitchen and windows, defrosted refrigerator, mattress protector and bath mats washed,...).
We insist that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.

End of stay cleaning is optional and will be validated with the agency according to our schedule, please consult us for the price.
For the period from 31 October to 31 March, water and electricity consumption is billed on an actual basis: €4/m3 and €0.1589/kWh off-peak hours, €0.2142/kWh peak hours after meter reading on arrival and departure.

Lovely apartment with beautiful view of the sea and large balcony. Comfortable bed in main bedroom, well equipped kitchen. As there was only two of us we didn’t use the mezzanine bedrooms. Linens chargeable as extra and collected from managing agent (who were helpful and efficient). End of stay clean 100 euros. All in all a lovely place to stay and we would visit again. *Note for anyone who cannot cope with stairs, although the funicular will take you most of the way up to the apartment there are an additional approx 56 steps.
