I really loved the location and the beautiful surroundings. It was such a lovely, peaceful place to relax and enjoy my stay. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. Special thanks to Caroline, the Manager, Joseph, Mclean, the housekeeping team and the kitchen staff for making my stay so enjoyable. I truly appreciate their kindness and hospitality, and I would happily stay here again whenever I visit Kampala!
The location was lovely, and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. However, the breakfast was a little disappointing, as the same options were served every day. A bit more variety would have improved the experience. It would also have been nice to have tea and coffee-making facilities in the rooms, including a kettle. Thank you for your hospitality.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable
The service is terrible, 1 towel provided for 2 guests, then a 6 hour wait for a second towel to be provided.Wrong food served at dinner in the restaurant and I was refused a replacement of my original order. 1 hour wait for breakfast which arrived cold, I asked for cold milk with my coffee and I was informed only hot milk could be provided because it wasn't on the system!Overall it was a bad experience and I would not return
