Welcome to Villa Margherita, an elegant residence nestled in the peaceful countryside of Borgonuovo, a hamlet of Sasso Marconi, easily accessible via the highway (take the Borgonuovo exit—Telepass required), just 15 minutes from Bologna and 40 minutes from Florence. Perfect for large families, it offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an indoor hot tub, and a spacious garden with a barbecue, lounge chairs, and a dining area. It’s close to scenic trails and hiking routes.
The villa is located within a completely private, video-monitored residential neighborhood with private roads and amenities.
The accommodations are very spacious and bright, spread over two floors, consisting of an entryway, a large living room (70 square meters), a kitchen with a kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and another with two single beds and a queen-size bed. Also on the first floor, there are 2 large bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a double Jacuzzi tub.
The property features a large garden with tall trees.
