A fully restored historic stone house located in a historic medieval village (Bibola, MS) on the famous ^Via Francigena^ in the hills of Lunigiana, Tuscany. The house is located on the southern edge of the village. It features a large private terrace with a small pool (2.5 x 2 meters) and a spectacular view. There is also a private garden outside. The terrace features a wood-covered patio fully furnished with a new large sofa, table, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
The house is a standalone property divided into three floors: first floor: entryway, bathroom, small living room with a home theater/TV system, and a sofa bed; second floor: kitchen; third floor: large bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and stunning views all around. Free Wi-Fi is available. Free parking is nearby, a 2-minute walk away. You can reach the village on foot via a small road. Quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Wonderful views of the surrounding hills. Tourist destinations such as the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and Lerici can be reached in 35 minutes. Pisa is 55 minutes away, Florence is 1 hour and a half away, and Lucca is 1 hour away. Pool: The pool is open from April 1 to November 1. It is closed during the winter months.
