About this villa rental
In Pieve di Compito, a small village known for its camellia cultivation and the annual Exhibition of Ancient Camellias of the Lucca Area—easily accessible from the Lucca Ovest highway exit—stands this large and beautiful home, which has just undergone a meticulous restoration, nestled in the green Tuscan countryside, close to sites of artistic and historical interest as well as renowned seaside resorts: Lucca is 10.5 km away, Pisa 23 km, Viareggio 39.5 km, and Florence 79 km. The property features a spacious kitchen, a large living room with an adjacent room and a storage area on the first floor, a bathroom on the mezzanine level, two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, and two more on the second floor, served by an additional bathroom. In the garden, in addition to a covered structure, there is a small swimming pool and a hot tub (for 8 people); the bedrooms are all tastefully furnished and equipped with large televisions, as is the living room on the first floor. The entire house is available for guests’ use.

What a gem of a property in Tuscany! There were 6 of us in our group - 4 adults and 2 kids - and we had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. There are 4 large bedrooms so we had plenty of space. The house is clean and so nicely decorated and cozy. We were there in April so we didn't use the pool because it was a tad too chilly but we loved the hot tub. What a treat after a long day of sight seeing! The house is very close to Lucca which is such an adorable town with lots to see and do and eat and shop! Louise, the property manager, met us on site the day we arrived and walked us through the property. She was very nice and easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We also hired a chef to come to the house and cook one night and we sat outside at the dining table. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Tuscany or Lucca!
