Limited access to the pool. For 12 pax only 3 are allowed to use the pool.

I book the room good for 12 pax but only 3 and the same individual can use the pool for the whole duratiom which is for me is the downfall. We know that everyone would love to go swimming. We booked for 2 nights. At least allow different individuals to go swimming three at a time or on different days at least.

When I booked it, I had a hard time trying to get the name of the property. Okada, City of Dreams and Solaire are three different properties and none of them is the booked place. I communicated that my mother and family will be there a day before my arrival which is why I booked it a day ahead. When they got there, they pushed them to be moved in a two bedroom, very small and only seeing the building as views. I paid for a luxury 3 bedroom apartment, sea view. Getting a hold of their contact person was so hard and told us that they double booked. We were moved to the one I booked the next day so we had to pack again. The hassle and stress were frustrating especially after my 21 hour flight! There was no compensation for that one whole day that we were put in a very small apartment when I paid for the bigger stay. And when I was told that we're moving to a much bigger apartment, they made it sound like they're doing me a favor when in fact that is what I paid for. No apologies for the inconvenience and no offer to pay back the difference for what I paid for and where they put my family the first night to second day.
The place (the one I booked) is nice. No complaints about that and it matched the pictures of the one I booked. What I am complaining about is the way we were pushed to a much smaller apartment because they double booked. And can't a hold of anybody.
