The family-friendly Belvedere Pineta resort is located in the heart of the beautiful lagoon landscape of the northern Adriatic, just 7 km from Grado. Nestled in a shady pine forest, the resort offers not only peace and relaxation but also a wide variety of entertainment options. The resort is located directly on a gently sloping beach—beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, as well as pedal boats and canoes, can be rented right on site. Alternatively, the spacious pool offers a welcome way to cool off. For younger guests, there is a children’s pool with a slide, a spacious playground, and a mini-club during peak season. Active vacationers will also find plenty to do: there’s a tennis court and soccer field, mini-soccer fields, volleyball and beach volleyball courts, a mini-golf course, table tennis, bike rentals, and two jogging trails. A restaurant and the beach bar cater to your culinary needs. Additional amenities include: a supermarket with newspapers and tobacco products, a Wi-Fi area, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
The Green Holiday mobile home, approximately 24 square meters in size, accommodates up to 6 people (including at least one child up to 9 years old) and is centrally located near the resort’s pool. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second with two single beds and a fold-down bunk bed for a child under 10 years old. In the open-concept living and sleeping area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space if needed. The living area features a table with chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is divided into two rooms—one with a shower and sink, and the other with a toilet and sink. The windows have mosquito screens. The patio is covered, and a grill is available for rent. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking will remain unchanged.
POOL
The resort features a spacious pool area. In addition to an adult pool, there is a children’s pool with a fun water slide.
BEACH
The resort is located directly on a gently sloping beach. In a section reserved for guests of the resort, you can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. A beach bar is also available.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort offers entertainment for the whole family. In addition to numerous sports and activity options, there is also an entertainment team during peak season that organizes a kids’ club, baby dance, and sports tournaments. Travel cribs and high chairs can be rented for a fee if needed (please request when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Those who want to stay active on vacation are spoiled for choice: there’s a tennis court and soccer field, mini-soccer fields, volleyball and beach volleyball, a mini-golf course, table tennis, bike rentals, and two jogging trails. On the beach, you can rent pedal boats and canoes.
SHOPPING
There is a supermarket within the resort itself that sells newspapers and tobacco products. Additional shopping options can be found in nearby Grado (about 5 km).
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. The resort also features a restaurant and a beach bar. If you’d rather not cook for yourself, you can book breakfast, half-board, or full-board on-site at favorable rates.
PETS
Three pets (up to a maximum of 30 kg) are allowed upon request and must be registered at the time of booking (please specify breed and size when booking). There is a special dog section on the beach with beds, bowls, and showers. In addition, a spacious, shaded dog park is available.
