The host was super attentive and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a restaurant literally steps from the lodging where we had drinks but the food looked awesome. We never heard any noise with it being so close. Parking was quite close. It was a very easy drive to FCO the next morning.
It was a little difficult to find (no signs visible except at property gate and there were several with “25” on them); we had to ask based on pictures and were pointed to the parking lot close by. WiFi was a little on the slow side. Accommodations were very basic but clean.

For the price, it was comfortable
Had a hard time getting the key to get into the place. Thank goodness the lady at the other hotel close by was able to help us.
