I enjoyed my stay over there

View, location and facilities

The mismanagement of the owner, if they make it more clean and provide some basic equipments it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Avoid this property - DIRTY! Cleaning fee doesn't pay for cleaning! 1/2 AC works. M/wave rusted out.

Reasonably good location - with amenities onsite.

Room A-16-03A Supposedly a 'Free upgrade' from Booking.com, to a Family Room. It was just like all the other suites I've stayed in at this property; with the inclusion of a child's bed, I didn't request, or need. Collecting the key was a challenge due to the clumsy security staff. They initially gave me the wrong key - Which I pointed out. What should have taken 2 minutes took over 10. The room was dirty-Marks on the floor and walls, and, worst of all - A foul stench making the compulsory cleaning charge a complete rip-off. Booking.com should be tighter on hosts doing this. And also not wait until the final payment page to show it! The Sofa, Child's bed, and Main bed's headboard, all smelled offensively bad due to poor hygiene from previous guests. I informed the Agent, Rony; about this after my arrival. He acknowledged my message but did nothing! After chasing the agent & the host the following day, I had a visit at 11pm, covering the sofa with a thin cotton throw, instead of cleaning it! I highlighted the smell from the child's bed too, and asked the agent to smell it. He agreed about the smell and tried to justify it by saying the previous guests were long-term tenants. I asked him to remove the bedding and take it away with him. He replied "That's not possible". I discussed via whatsapp with the host and requested my cleaning fee of 105MYR to be refunded, since I was effectively paying to clean up someone elses mess. The response was as follows; “Hello sir 1st pls send me your booking pdf pls 2nd you didn’t make a booking for a family suites but I am giving you the family suites which is totally different with your original booking And 3rd if you want me to refund cleaning fee then need to cancel this booking and then you have to pay by cash and deducting the cleaning fees” I sent the PDF, and explained I could not cancel my booking, despite trying to.
