Good value for the area.

Excellent location in lovely neighbourhood with a beautiful courtyard.

Accessing key a bit difficult for someone with any physical or visual difficulties.

6 / 10

Good stay and good apartment, but it needs to be repainted very badly.

Good communication and generally a good condition apartment.

The only major negative is the apartment desperately needs to be repainted with large chunks or paint coming off the wall which looks very bad.
