About this apartment rental
A bright and airy penthouse apartment in a quiet building in a residential area outside the historic center. It features a beautiful terrace with views of the Duomo and the Florentine hills. It consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and closets, as well as a sleeper sofa. There is also 1 single bedroom. The living room is very airy and cheerful. Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen is equipped with appliances. Air conditioning. Free private parking is available 1.5 km away, or paid parking is available right outside the building.
The house is strategically located; thanks to its proximity to the Ponte all’Asse tram stop, Santa Maria Novella Central Station and the historic center are easily accessible. The Firenze Nord highway entrance to the A11 and A1, the Fortezza da Basso, and the Florence highway loop are also just a few minutes’ drive away. In the nearby Piazza San Jacopino, you’ll find many high-quality stores selling daily necessities, including groceries, household goods, locally sourced fruits and vegetables, a bank, a pharmacy, a gym, and more.
For those arriving by car who wish to get around the city on foot or by public transportation, free parking is available at my home, 1.5 km away, at Via Magenta 7. The house is suitable for groups of friends or families with children.
