We have stayed here several times now as it is so handy to games at Stadium Waikato. We were very kindly upgraded to a bigger room, which was a great surprise and we loved the room we were in. Staff are always super friendly here and overall the spot is very handy to the middle of town or out to The Base.

The manager, Zubin was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to accommodate a last minute request which was much appreciated as we were travelling for a family funeral.
Nothing. It’s clean, quiet and had everything you need. If I had one niggle, it’s that the shower is over the bath and quite slippery. Could probably do with a non slip mat.

We have used this hotel a number of times. It is a good location and luxury feel. Very accommodating with out very late checkin due to late international flight.
New fresh air system blows cold air into the rooms all night. Understand it is a requirement, but we have never experienced this before so suggest there is an issue with it.
