Very comfortable stay, great value for money

The property was nicely maintained and close to everything

We would not stay again.

The location was close to most attractions, the house was new and clean, multiple bathrooms and a downstairs toilet worked well for the family, check in was easy with the keycard in a lockbox.

Our accommodation was changed to a townhouse in Papatoetoe due to maintenance work, so this review is not for the house shown. The sheets in the master bedroom were stained and had a plastic-like feel. The shower door in the ensuite was partially off the rail. No face cloths were provided. Much of the crockery was chipped and cracked. The washing machine only turns on if you connect Bluetooth to your phone but had no instructions, and there is no dryer, just a tiny washing line along the back of the house that gets absolutely no sun. One of the houses in the very close subdivision had a raging party until 3am on a weeknight. Issues from previous feedback had not been addressed.

8 / 10

Beautiful place in a lovely area.

Lovely spacious house, had all the essentials we needed.

Blinds kept falling down, didn’t have enough blankets place was very cold.

7 / 10

Good stay with basic needs.

Clean and tidy. Nice to have d garage.

Ensuite needs new shower head. Need Tea Towels to dry dishes. More utensils to cook and prepare food with. Need hand towel to dry hands after toilet and some wash cloths.
