UNDERSIZED BEDS, POOR AC AND NO DARKNESS IN THE MORNING

The rooms were very quiet, there is free parking available and the customer service was excellent.

The beds in both rooms are full-size (54 inches / 1.40 m wide)—much smaller than a Queen. They offer no motion isolation, so whenever one person shifted, the other woke up; my parents even had to sleep head-to-toe just to fit comfortably. Additionally, the air conditioning in both the master bedroom and living room was very slow to cool. Upon arrival, the apartment sat between 81°F and 86°F (27°C–30°C), taking over two hours to drop to 75°F (24°C). After a long day outdoors, waiting hours to escape the accumulated heat is frustrating. Finally, the curtains are too short for the floor-to-ceiling glass, letting full morning light flood the 13-foot-wide (4 m) windows by 6:00 AM with no way to block it. Note also that there is no washing machine available.
