About this apartment rental
Located just about 300 m from the beach, this modern and light-filled 3-room duplex apartment offers approximately 70 m² of living space spread over two levels. The east-facing balcony, furnished with high-quality seating, is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The lower level features a cozy living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a separate guest restroom. Upstairs, two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—offer space for up to 4 people. The modern shower room features a heated towel rack and a low threshold. An underground parking space and a bike storage room are available for your use.
We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bedding for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.
The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit, if applicable), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.
