About this house rental

Vacation in a floating vacation home, surrounded by nature
This magnificent, fully equipped floating vacation home welcomes you on Lake Havel. Enjoy the peace and seclusion of the nature reserve at the Kützkow natural harbor—the perfect spot for relaxation and fishing (a small rowboat is available for rent on-site).
The house is securely moored to the dock, so you can feel the freedom of being by the water every minute. In the morning, you’ll be awakened by lake geese, and in the evening, you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine on the 30m² rooftop terrace and gaze up at the starry sky at night.
Two bedrooms, each with a pull-out double bed, and two sleeping spots on the sofa bed in the living room comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The security deposit is 300€. It must be paid in cash on site.
Electricity costs are billed on-site in cash upon departure at a rate of 1€ per kilowatt-hour, based on consumption. (These are costs that must be passed on to the dock owner.)
The restaurant “Zum Nussbaum,” with its beer garden, is a 2-minute walk away.
The nearby city of Brandenburg an der Havel offers a wide variety of shopping opportunities and cultural and recreational facilities. The former BUGA grounds are perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the Industrial Museum at the steel and rolling mill provides fascinating insights into steel production of days gone by. Day trips to Rathenow, the “City of Optics,” or to the federal capital, Berlin, can be taken from here.
Victor von Bülow was born in the city of Brandenburg. In his memory, “Waldmöpse” statues have been placed throughout the city, just waiting to be discovered.
All excursions can be taken using public transportation. The Pritzerbe train station is within walking distance.

- Electricity and gas (for cooking) not included.
- Fenced property; only
the side facing the lake is unfenced
- Final cleaning: €150
- Security deposit: €300 in cash (payable on site)
