Welcome to your cozy mountain getaway! Perfect for up to 5 guests, this charming retreat combines comfort, convenience, and a peaceful mountain atmosphere, just a 4-minute drive from the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada.
This property has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, and one with a bunk bed, perfect for children or friends. The living room includes a sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest, along with a dining area and a TV for relaxing evenings. There is one full bathroom with a modern shower. The kitchen is completely separate from the living and dining areas and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, mini-fridge, microwave, and all essential kitchenware.

Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
The guest is responsible for cleaning the house; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
