Antiguo y bien conservado.

Good location with parking
Bathroom is quite outdated and not very clean. Some mold is in the seems of the shower, and the shower cabin is quite small.
The personnel of the hotel is very friendly!
Upom arrival the AC didnt work, when I went to the reception desk to report this, they told me; the AC is disabled this time of year (mid October), you can just open the balcony door if it’s too warm.
I wasn’t really keen with this answer since the temperature inside was approximately 25 degrees celcius, and I’m not really comfortable leaving my personal stuff inside with the door open when leaving the room.
