PIER 3 is a stylish duplex apartment spanning the upper and penthouse floors, covering approximately 90 m²—with sweeping views of the Baltic Sea and a private wellness area.
On the upper level, you’ll find a bright living area with an open kitchen, kitchen island, and wine refrigerator. From here, you can step out onto a spacious south-facing balcony. A cozy sofa with a smart TV, an (electric) fireplace, and a dining table for up to 5 people invite you to linger.
