I had a wonderful stay! The property was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Its loc

The location is incredibly great with close proximity to everywhere i needed.

Amazing property and facilities in an easily accessible location with public transport

Clean, lots of space, easy, accessible

Fairly good short term rental

The house was in a nice area and the kitchen was quite spacious and well equipped for an air bnb. The TV was large. There were many smoke detectors and a security system.

My bed in the corner room was uncomfortable. The couch was not a pull out couch, that should be factored in when the booking says a rental sleeps 4. The laundry is downstairs and is shared with the basement tenants. The laundry is only opened after your third night staying there.

Strong smell of cigarettes, noise from downstairs tenant

The location was easy to get to and central to places we were visiting

The property had a downstairs tenant , who we assumed lived there. This was not indicated on the listing The issues: 1: unwashed kitchenware , rice found in one of the drawers 2: Noise , the worst being when we were trying to sleep, this happened several times from 1130 pm onwards 3: cigarette smoke, the entire upstairs reeks of cigarette smoke , we assume the property only has one HVAC system , so the downstairs tenant(s) are circulating their cigarette smoke each and every time they smoke, it was like going back in time to before the smoking ban was introduced in Manitoba for businesses in 2002. The landlord was contacted , but took no meaningful action and was not receptive to a partial refund for our troubles and totally unprofessional in their replies. There were air fresheners deployed all over , so the smell issue was more than likely known prior. We moved into a hotel for our last night , rather than spend anymore time at the property Not worth the price of the rental, we’ve stayed at dozens of rentals in the USA, Canada and Europe , the property condition and host responses made this the worst stay ever
