Proprietaria agghiacciante .
Ho prenotato l’appartamento su Booking. Al mio arrivo mi hanno fatto andare in agenzia esclusivamente per pagare la tassa di soggiorno, ma senza consegnarmi le chiavi. Sono quindi dovuta andare all’appartamento, dove ci aspettava Agnese la proprietaria.
Per poter finalmente prendere le chiavi abbiamo perso almeno 30 minuti, 20 dei quali sono stati dedicati a raccomandazioni su come non sporcare e non rovinare nulla: attenzione ai muri, attenzione all’orrendo divano con copridivano, che evidentemente doveva essere restituito intatto, e attenzione al piatto doccia, che è stato montato con misure sbagliate.
La cosa più assurda? Ci è stato detto di non tirare su le tende della camera perché il sole avrebbe potuto rovinare la biancheria. ‼️ Follia! ‼️
Il tutto per 300 euro a notte. E lo ripeto: 300 euro. Non siamo ospiti a casa di una parente a cui bisogna ricordare di stare attenti a ogni cosa.
La casa è fredda, impersonale e completamente priva di privacy, anche perché i vicini sono molto vicini. Le tende alle finestre, inoltre, sono brutte e del tutto inefficaci: alle 6:00 eravamo già svegli per la luce e alle 7:15 il sole entrava completamente in casa. Se volete dormire, dimenticatevelo.
Quanto può costare installare delle tende che oscurino davvero le stanze? Soprattutto considerando il prezzo: 300 euro a notte.
Ci si aspetta molto e si riceve davvero poco. Non do zero stelle solo perché l’appartamento era pulito. Per il resto, non ci si sente a casa, non c’è privacy, non si riesce a dormire e l’ambiente non trasmette alcun benessere.
E vi dico anche la chicca finale: la mattina stavamo andando via e lei si è messa davanti a noi a contare se gli asciugamani c’erano tutti. Roba da matti! E nel pomeriggio ci ha addirittura chiamati al telefono perché non trovava quattro tazze che ovviamente c’erano ed erano nella lavastoviglie ..pulite peraltro ..

Das Chalet befindet sich im 1. Stock. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
