The manager was very friendly and willing to provide what was needed. The communication upon arriving was good. The room was cute and had a bonus area with a bunkbed. There was a nice view of Lake Como from the room we had.
The location is not good. It is literally right off a major road with constant traffic. Therefore, you will hear traffic at all hours. Also, the walk into town isn't far but you have to walk along this very narrow road with no shoulders to walk on. We would have to daringly walk next to this busy, curvy road every day to go into town and come back which was dangerous. There is a bus line that runs each day just up from the hotel so it would be possible to catch a bus ride into town. Also, there is no insulation between the walls so we could literally hear our neighbor talking loudly late at night and early morning hours as well as running water in her shower, opening and closing the door, going up and down the stairs, and other noises.
There is no lobby or check-in area, so it is just a self-check-in at a door along the side of the road with your luggage. We had trouble getting in and couldn't get a call to go through to the manager but fortunately she was there to hear us knocking on the door and let us in.

L’emplacement excessivement dangereux , pas de trottoir, énormément bruyant car beaucoup de roulage, établissement au bord d’une route.
Le parking gratuit en face de la route était plein, on a cherché des places à l’arrière, pas de places, la rue est en pente pas pratique avec les valises.
Très cher pour la « qualité » d’un bâtiment.
