Its prime location provides easy access to Le Havre, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the famous cliffs of Étretat and the picturesque port of Honfleur. The cottage is a historic flint-and-half-timbered house. It has been completely renovated and offers large, bright spaces, a welcoming kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a private garden—perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Nestled between the sea and the countryside, it’s the perfect place to explore Normandy’s natural and cultural treasures while enjoying the tranquility of the Cauchois countryside. Detached cottage on the owners’ property First floor: - Large living room with an open-concept, fully furnished and equipped kitchen (full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop, Senseo pod coffee maker, and filter coffee maker) - Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, - Closet with cleaning supplies and a washing machine. First floor: All bedrooms have a workspace with a desk. - Bedroom for 2 people with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), - Bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds (2 x 90 x 190 cm), - Bedroom for 3 people with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (140 x 190 cm and 90 x 190 cm), - Room for 2 people with 1 double bed (160 x 190 cm), - Relaxation area on the landing with a reading nook, - Bathroom with a large shower, sink, and toilet. Outdoors: - Terrace with garden furniture and a lounge area, - Private parking spaces (3 cars). Please note: the garden is not fenced. You may see cows in the pasture right in front of the cottage.
