Beautiful vacation home with a pool and ocean view—your oasis of tranquility near Poreč
Our lovingly designed vacation home, Casa Susanna, accommodates up to 8 people (2 people can sleep on the couch in the living room) and combines comfort, privacy, and a perfect location. A total of three cozy bedrooms (with new air conditioning), each featuring a double bed and a spacious closet, ensure restful nights. In addition to the two bedrooms on the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a balcony offering a magnificent panoramic view of the countryside stretching all the way to the sea. Another bedroom and an additional bathroom are located on the first floor—perfect for guests who prefer to stay on the first floor. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking together and enjoying cozy meals. Outside, you’ll find a private pool (3x5m, 1.5m deep) with 6 sun loungers, as well as a traditional stone grill—ideal for relaxed barbecue evenings under the starry sky. The property is virtually secluded, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy. A parking space is available right in front of the house. Modern amenities such as air conditioning in every room, fiber-optic internet, satellite/cable TV with German channels, and heating in all rooms make the house a perfect vacation spot—in both summer and winter.
The location on a quiet side street in a small town, just 12 km from Poreč, offers ideal conditions: a supermarket with a bakery and butcher shop, several cafés, excellent restaurants, and a small playground are all within walking distance. In addition, the vacation home is a perfect starting point for excursions to neighboring villages as well as for biking and hiking tours.
