The Space:

🔸On the main level, you have a 1/2 bathroom, game room, living room, kitchen & dining room. The game room has direct access to the backyard deck.
🔹The upper level (5 steps up) has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
🔸The lower level (5 steps down) has one bedroom, one full bathroom, and the laundry room.
🔹You can enter the home with about 10 steps up to the front entrance door (main level) OR go through the garage where you can access the lower level with zero steps.

🔸Upon entering, you'll see the family room to your right with a large sectional couch, two rocker reclining chairs, and a 65" smart TV.
🔹A few steps away is our formal dining room that can comfortably seat 8
🔸Through the dining room is a sun room, which has another dining table that seats 4 and overlooks the pool
🔹Food lovers will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen w/ granite countertops & stainless steel appliances
🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, step outside onto the private deck overlooking the backyard and pool.
🔹Soak in the privacy from the hot tub, pool, or outdoor furniture. Lounge in the shade. And while you're outside, enjoy the games, fire pit, and gas grill. The pool is CLOSED October 2nd, 2026 and will reopen on May 7th, 2027.

Walkable, several parks nearby (one across the street), and plenty of food and shopping within a 5 min.
Getting Around:
Vehicle will be your best form of transportation.
Other Things to Note:
🔸The pool closed for the season on 10/2/2026 and will reopen May 3rd, 2027. Hot Tub is open year-round.
🔹Two pets maximum per stay (A pet fee will automatically apply at check out).
🔸All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to comply with our house rules, all visitors must be disclosed and approved before arriving.
🔹Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If this is a concern of yours, there's travel insurance for your stay through the booking platform.

My family and I traveled here with another family (4 adults, 5 younger kids) to celebrate the Fourth of July, and we couldn't have had a better time! The property had all the fun you could, including plenty of pool toys, cornhole indoor games, billiards table, arcade game, and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were plenty of TV's in all the rooms, enough showers for all after spending full days in the pool, and the grill was really easy to operate, making for a perfect setting to celebrate the Fourth. We enjoyed a bonfire in the firepit just outside the pool and they had smores sticks that helped with the Kiddos. The property is also extremely close to the grocery store, and downtown Sun Prairie was convenient to get to in case we wanted to go into town. The Hosts were very courteous checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, including the one day the weather was a little rainy. All in all, we couldn't have had a better time, and would highly recommend staying here, especially for families with kids! Frankly, we did not leave the property very much because our Kiddos had such a great time hanging out by the pool! Thanks very much for having us!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was wonderful, clean and modern decor inside home and pool area was everything you need. My favorite was the floating sun lounger. I would definitely rent here again in the future! Loved we were able to park in the garage. Easy check in and check out made it easy to relax and enjoy the getaway.

We stayed over a few very hot days. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the game room There was plenty of space for our large group to watch World Cup games in the evening. The host was very responsive

We had a really great time. Close to the country but in Sun Prairie with their downtown. Pool was a lot of fun decent size for house capacity. Spaces were great for playing games and hanging out.
