Hätte Potential, aber leider unseriöse Erfahrung in Vorbereitung und Kommunikation mit Gastgeber.
Wir waren vor gut einem Monat zur Zeit der Kieler Woche in der Unterkunft. Vorab freuten wir uns, dass wir so günstig noch eine Unterkunft bekamen und vorab in der Kommunikation alles klar und geregelt schien. Bei Ankunft merkten wir allerdings schnell, dass die FeWo nicht gereinigt gewesen zu sein schien. Im Bad waren offensichtlich Spuren der Vorgänger zu sehen und auch in der Küche waren noch Essensreste im Kühlschrank sowie ein voller Mülleimer zu finden. Zudem waren die Betten nicht wie besprochen frisch bezogen und es lagen auch keine Handtücher bereit. Nachdem wir den Besitzer anriefen, beteuerte er, dass es ihm leidtun und er sich darum kümmern würde, so dass alles sauber gemacht werde. Nachdem wir dann erst einmal unterwegs waren und am Abend zurück kamen, war jedoch alles unverändert und telefonisch erreichten wir den Besitzer auch nicht mehr. Am nächsten Morgen kontaktierten wir ihn erneut&er beteuerte wieder, dass er sich kümmern würde. Als wir dann am zweiten Tag zurückkamen, war nach wie vor nichts gesäubert oder geändert worden, so dass wir ein weiteres Mal Kontakt mit dem Besitzer aufnahmen&nun klarmachten, dass wir zumindest eine Entschädigung erwarteten. Auf diese Anfrage reagierte der Besitzer wieder&meinte er würde uns die Hälfte des Preise nach Überweisung von Booking Ende des Monats erstatten. Auch dies bleiben jedoch leere Worte&wir haben seit dem nichts mehr von ihm gehört.
Sehr schade, dass dies zu einer so unseriösen Angelegenheit wurde&wir uns nun zu dieser negativen Bewertung gezwungen sehen.
Die FeWo hätte in jedem Fall Potential für eine schöne Unterkunft, wirkte aber zusätzlich zu den oben beschrieben Probleme auch an einigen Stellen noch nicht ganz fertig hergerichtet für Gäste.

Trauriger Zustand
-Gute Lage
Die Ferienwohnung war bzw. ist in einem schlechten Zustand, der von den Bildern in der Anzeige abweicht. Möglicherweise sind einige Mängel durch vorherige Mieter entstanden.
Folgende Mängeln sind uns aufgefallen:
Eingangsbereich:
- Die Deckenlampe hängt von der Decke.
Küchenzeile:
- Das Licht der Absaugung und die Absaugung selber gehen nicht, kein Strom angeschlossen.
- Der Backofen vom Vorgast wurde nicht gereinigt. Das alte Backpapier voller Fett und Essenrest waren im Backofen.
- Der Abflussstopfen von der Spüle fehlt.
Schlafzimmer:
- Die Schlafzimmertür war nicht im Rahmen. Die Tür steht einfach im Schlafzimmer an der Wand.
- Bei beiden Fenster wickeln sich die Rolladengurte nicht auf. Es ist dauerhaft dunkel im Raum.
- Die Matratzen sind extrem dünn. Sie sind nur 4-5 cm dick. Das Lattenrost ist durch die dünne Matratze jederzeit spürbar.
Bad:
- Auch hier ist das Rolladgurt abgerissen.
- Der Toilettendeckel/brille ist sehr schief/verschoben angebracht. Dieser hängt halb über dem Toilettenrand.
- Die Fließen auf dem Boden und an den Wände sind fleckig. Am Anfang haben wir es für Dreck gehalten. Anscheinend wurden die Fließen verschmiert verlegt/verabeitet.
- Die Ablage in der Dusche war abgerissen.
- Die Abdeckung von dem Duschwannenablauf fehlt.
- Das Licht vom Spiegel ging nicht.
- Ein schmaler Hochschrank ist nicht gegen kippen gesichert. Bei Türöffnung kann der Schrank leicht umfallen.
Wohnzimmer:
- Es gibt keinen Vorhang/Gardine. Es ist sehr warm bei Sonne im Frühjahr/Sommer. Kein Abdunkeln möglich.
Allgemein:
- Fenster/Türen/Schranktüren sind nicht eingestellt. Sie haken und schleifen. Die Haustür hat einen großen Spalt.
- Ameisen sind in Küche (Laufen über die Arbeitsplatte) und Wohnzimmer.
- Es kommen offene Kabels auf Decke und Wänden.
- Das Wlan hat leider nicht funktioniert. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns der D-Link erklärt. Leider haben wir das Gerät nicht zum Laufen gekriegt.
