Really great location, and having the gentleman carry our heavy luggage up two flights of stairs was a big help. I wanted to give 5 stars for everything, but the fact that we couldn’t get a chance of towels at all was very surprising. We stayed here for 3 days and had to use the same towels - what is someone supposed to do if they are here for a week?… Other than that - it was great.

Our host was unable to be there on arrival, but provided accurate and simple instructions and remained available online if need would arise. The building felt safe and secure and we were quite comfortable walking through town. It's across the street from a lovely park and a short walk to the city center. Our apartment was spotless and well maintained. We absolutely loved Polignano and will return! If I had to find a negative it would be the street parking, though I must say, we had no problem finding something close, though that might not always happen.
