We offer for rent a charming 18th-century farmhouse in an exceptional setting. Tastefully renovated, it offers all modern comforts. This furnished tourist residence is rated 4 stars. A partially air-conditioned Provençal farmhouse that can accommodate 12 people and features a private swimming pool (11.5 x 5 m) on a 12,000 m² (1.2 ha) enclosed garden. Located 13 km from Uzès and its duchy, as well as its typical Provençal market. A haven of peace amidst vineyards and garrigue, ideal for disconnecting, for doing sports in the surrounding area (cycling, tennis, canoeing, hiking, climbing, golf, horse riding, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, rowing, treetop adventure courses, go-karting, microlighting…). A magical and unique place 10 minutes from Uzès, 30 minutes from the Pont-du-Gard, 30 minutes from Nîmes, 45 minutes from Avignon, the Cévennes, the Alpilles and the Luberon 1 hour away; The Mediterranean at 1 hour… PGJyPg PGJyPg Amenities: PGJyPg - 6 large bedrooms overlooking the pool and garden (4 equipped with double beds and 2 with twin beds) PGJyPg - Bed linen and towels provided.
