Located facing the azure blue of the Mediterranean and the red rocks of the Estérel, this air-conditioned apartment offers all the comfort and essential equipment for a perfect stay.
Its location is ideal since it is located on Allée des Fleurs, in the immediate vicinity of swimming pools, shops, golf and the little train, while offering absolute calm.
Duplex 4/6p Air-conditioned (living room and bedrooms) -
Duplex composed at:
• first floor: Living room with sofa bed 160*200 with terrace, a bathroom equipped with shower and toilet.
• 1st floor: Master bedroom with its private solarium, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet
Equipment: Full kitchen (oven/microwave, washing machine, Senseo, etc.).
Benefits included:
- Private outdoor parking space.
- Swimming pool cards provided (access to the village's aquatic complexes, five swimming pools including a heated pool and one wave pool / open from the Easter holidays to All Saints' Day).

A welcome will be made by the concierge:
- Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m.
- An inventory of fixtures will be made on arrival and departure.
- Two deposit checks will be required on site: one for €800 for the apartment and one for €200 for the pool cards. They will be returned on the day of the outing.
- Mandatory cleaning fees: check for €95 to be sent on the 1st day to the concierge
