Welcome to the Struberberg Vacation Apartments. Our two vacation apartments are located in beautiful Bischofswiesen, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The apartments, situated in the Strub neighborhood, offer wonderful views of the legendary Untersberg and Kehlstein, home to the “Eagle’s Nest.” There’s a bus stop right in front of the house, and with your guest card, you can ride the public bus for free. This makes it easy to take day trips—for example, to downtown Berchtesgaden, the Watzmanntherme, the Obersalzberg Documentation Center, or Salzburg—without needing a car. Many starting points for hikes in the mountains are also connected to the bus network. The DAV Berchtesgaden Climbing Center is within walking distance. With the neighboring climbing school, you can go on climbing tours and tackle via ferratas.
Welcome to the “Hexe” vacation apartment. Watching the sunrise over the Kehlstein with a cup of coffee in hand—that’s the perfect way to start the day. What makes the “Hexe” vacation apartment special is its wraparound balcony, which offers views of the garden and the mountains. The spacious “Hexe” apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate up to four people for a wonderful stay in the Berchtesgadener Land region: two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—with linens included, a closet, and a dresser; a spacious new bathroom with a shower (towels included) provides ample space for all guests. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa, a sleeper chair, and a TV. A crib and high chair are available upon request. Of course, the equally new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave, as well as a coffee maker (Senseo), toaster, and electric kettle, along with all necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment has recently been partially renovated and is fully equipped with allergy-friendly flooring (vinyl, tile); however, it is not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.
