Welcome to our apartment in the Großes Walsertal!
At an elevation of 1,100 m, in a quiet and sunny location, you’ll find yourself surrounded by nature—ideal for hiking, e-bike tours, and relaxing days in the mountains.
Numerous hiking trails start right outside your door, and in winter, the Faschina/Fontanella, Damüls, and Sonntag-Stein ski areas are just a short drive away.

You’ll have plenty of space here: 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds), a cozy living area with seating and a large dining table, a spacious balcony with mountain views, and a fully equipped kitchen with new cooking utensils. Basic supplies (salt, pepper, oil, coffee), towels, and bed linens are, of course, included—we want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

For your active vacation, there’s a ski room with a ski boot dryer and a bike storage room. The bus stop is right in front of the house, and you’ll have your own parking space at the property. You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer. We can provide a crib and high chair upon request, and your dog is also welcome by arrangement.
We don’t live in the house ourselves, but we’re always available to help—as a small family-run business, personal contact is important to us. Just let us know if you need anything.

One more note:
We’re located in a beautiful alpine setting. In winter, we recommend winter tires and, if necessary, snow chains for a safe trip—it’s best to check the weather and road conditions briefly in advance.
