The house impresses with modern amenities, a cozy atmosphere, and plenty of extras for all ages. Two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, an additional guest restroom, two home office workspaces, and an on-site sauna create the ideal conditions—whether for a family vacation, active getaways, or remote work in the countryside.

In the living room, a cozy sofa corner invites you to relax. Books, games, and an electronic dartboard provide entertainment. High-speed internet via fiber-optic connection is available for streaming and work.

SLEEP & DREAM

In total, there are two large double beds, two single beds, an adventure bunk bed, and two sleeper sofas—ideal for up to 10 people. The bedrooms are bright, inviting, and equipped with plenty of storage space, reading lamps, and radio alarm clocks. Two separate workspaces with height-adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs also make the house the perfect retreat for a workation.

COOKING & ENJOYING

Both the first floor and the upper floor feature a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and all the essential kitchen gadgets. The solid wood table with a corner bench seats up to ten people—perfect for shared meals or long game nights.

WELLNESS & RELAXATION

The private sauna (3–4 people) on the first floor invites you to unwind. Both the first floor and the upper floor feature new, high-quality bathrooms—with walk-in showers, glass partitions, heated towel racks, and mirror cabinets. The bathrooms are accessible through a bedroom. The first floor also features a bathtub.

GARDEN & VIEW

The highlight of the house is the spacious garden with a panoramic view of the Bibertal valley all the way to Waffenrod. Enjoy the sun on the patio, relax on the lounge furniture, or have a barbecue with friends at the separate grill area. For children, there’s a large trampoline and a lawn for playing. E-bikes can be stored safely in the bike room, which is equipped with a charging outlet.

You’ll find a grocery store (“Mein Markt”) right nearby —ideal for your daily needs. You can easily pick up fresh rolls, ice cream, the best Thuringian grilled sausages, and much more there.
