This family-friendly accommodations are located in the Sabbiadoro vacation resort in the town of the same name, Sabbiadoro, a very popular vacation destination for many families. The resort is located just 250 meters from the sea and features its own sandy beach, making it ideal for families. The wonderful, spacious pool area features a large children’s pool equipped with water slides and a swimming pool for swimmers, as well as a heated, covered pool where your children can play to their hearts’ content. The resort offers a mini-club and entertainment program for children, a youth club, an entertainment program for adults, a great playground, a wide variety of sports activities, as well as a self-service restaurant, a supermarket, and a tobacco and newsstand. Coin-operated washers and dryers are also available to guests. The lively town center of Sabbiadoro is just a few minutes’ walk away, offering many restaurants, boutiques, amusement parks, and much more…
The accommodation, which sleeps up to 6 people (including 2 children up to age 12), consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a loft bed (bunk bed suitable for children up to about 12 years old; 177x60). The living area features a sofa bed that can accommodate one child (132x87). The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and includes dishes, silverware, pans, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A TV and safe are provided. The bathroom features a shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet with a sink. The patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Barbecues are allowed. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy beach, located within walking distance, is reserved exclusively for guests of the resort. It is partially equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, but you are also welcome to bring your own chairs. The wide, gently sloping, golden-colored sandy beach is particularly well-suited for families with small children. Guests have access to water sports: windsurfing, kitesurfing, and canoeing. In addition, various entertainment activities take place on the beach. It’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can grab a quick snack in the shade at the Sabbiadoro Bar, which is open from morning until evening and offers an inviting selection of refreshing and delicious treats. On the beach, walkways leading down to the water ensure easy access with strollers, and lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
Our vacation guests have access to five different pools as well as a large sunbathing area with lounge chairs and umbrellas (free of charge). For the little ones, there are two large, beautiful children’s wading pools with water play features and a water slide; one of them is covered and heated. For older guests, there is a semi-Olympic-sized swimming pool. The hot tub guarantees complete relaxation for our adult guests.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A team of experienced, multilingual activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. Whether it’s soccer, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, or aqua aerobics, you’re sure to stay entertained. There’s a mini-club for children ages 3 to 10 and a Young Club for older children up to age 14, ensuring age-appropriate supervision by our activity leaders. Your children will have the opportunity to take center stage in evening performances. Exciting, one-of-a-kind entertainment awaits you every evening.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
If you want to stay in shape while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice: windsurfing, kitesurfing, or table tennis. You’ll also find a tennis court, horseback riding, and mini-golf within a kilometer (for a fee). Plus, our entertainment team will encourage you to join in on water aerobics and water polo. On the beach, you can rent pedal boats and canoes. Bicycle rentals are also available.
SHOPPING
The resort has a grocery store where you’ll find not only fresh food but also a wide selection of everyday items.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer. There are also shopping options nearby. If you’d like to treat yourself, our self-service restaurant offers delicious meals. If you’d prefer to take advantage of half-board or full-board, you’re welcome to book these on-site (no advance reservation is required).

Up to 5 pets are allowed per unit and must be registered at the time of booking.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
Dogs are NOT allowed on the resort’s beach. There is a dog-friendly beach 300 m away. The resort is divided into a north and a south section. The southern section is open only during the high season.

The resort is within walking distance and is therefore ideal for families with small children (the beach is also easily accessible with a stroller). You can also reach the city center in just a few minutes.

CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
This part of Lignano Sabbiadoro is located closer to the city center. This means everything you need is within walking distance. Here you’ll find restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in town, and nightclubs to suit every taste. Along the 5-kilometer-long shopping street, you’re sure to find great clothes and little trinkets. In just a few minutes, you can reach the two amusement parks, Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family. But don’t forget about the natural beauty surrounding Sabbiadoro! After all, Sabbiadoro is known not least for its 8-kilometer-long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the Blue Flag. But the small pine forests and the beautiful walking and biking trails also provide opportunities for rest and relaxation. If you enjoy marinas, you’ve come to the right place! There are several marinas here with a total of 4,000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the immediate and wider surroundings. If you’d like to take a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Let a gondola ride put you in a romantic mood, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge, and visit St. Mark’s Square and the famous Doge’s Palace. If you’d simply like to unwind and relax, you’ll find thermal baths right in Bibione itself, where water heated to 52 degrees bubbles up from a depth of 500 meters. For those who prefer something more exciting, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. For younger children, the 3,000-square-meter Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also a great option. Here you’ll find go-kart tracks, inflatable play structures, a swimming pool with boats, and much more. Restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are on every corner in Bibione. Food lovers are in for a treat here! Numerous churches, palaces, and castles are located around Bibione, just waiting to be discovered. You can explore them on your own or take a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon hidden behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! The animals, plants, and waters will enchant you with their absolute and unspoiled beauty!
