About this apartment rental
A former stopover gîte with 18 beds converted into a self-managed apartment for 12 people, the Guinches gîte can accommodate groups or families in good space conditions (174 m²) with 5 bedrooms, a living room, a living room and a kitchen. Sheets are provided. Para-hotel services can be requested in addition: welcome drink, breakfast, take-away meals, typical mountain meals, cleaning package, walking itineraries,...
Located in the village of Bois d'Amont, the cottage is close to shops and services: a bakery is next door, a supermarket is 200 meters away, the village is 500 meters away.
In winter, access to the Les Marmousets leisure area is from our garden, the same goes for the cross-country ski trails. For downhill skiing, the shuttle bus stop is 100 metres away.
In summer, an outdoor area is available with a dining area and barbecue. A private parking lot with a high wind allows cars and motorcycles to be accommodated in good conditions.
