- First floor: a cozy 80 m² living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, featuring an open-concept fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room.
- Mezzanine level: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 private toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and an ocean view; 1 master suite with a double bed and walk-in closet, an office area overlooking the sea; a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, beer dispenser, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, ...), the bathrooms have a hair dryer, and the villa has its own washing machine, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
Outside, the lounge chairs and the heated pool (April through October) are shared, as is a pool house with a plancha grill, which is available to the guests of both rented villas.
A pétanque court, ping-pong table, and digital piano are available for your enjoyment.
